Lot Processing, Simplified
Winsys provides an easy-to-use lot processing function for putting orders into production. Lot processing requires minimal manual effort: whoever is responsible for processing need only to take several simple steps to produce all the necessary shop paperwork and labels, assign production sequences, create cut lists, and commit inventory to work in process.
Additionally, in the lot processing function you can:
- Select for production individual orders, or groups of orders previously scheduled in the backlog function.
- Display orders and individual line items within an order, complete with product numbers, quantities, and descriptions.
- View a Bill of Material for lots that have been processed, with specific details of material sizes, usage, and location.
